The System

files or by ASCII file transfer.
The Database
- Relational C-ISAM database.
- Sites, Contracts, Products, Service Logs, Engineers, Jobsheets,
Stock, Invoicing.
- A full data dictionary is available and any information can be
retrieved using the tools.
Operation
- Log calls against site products assigning the correct
engineer by using area codes and
skill levels.
- Take a service call in 40 seconds!
- Contract, Warranty and Chargeable calls are automatically assigned
as such.
- Preventative Maintenance calls are automatically generated.
- Jobsheets record the engineers activity and contract profitability.
- Engineers diary with call overload and call prevention for time
off etc.
- Log diary with full traceability of the service call from start
to end.
